9. ERRONEOUS ENTRY. Exhibits that have been erroneously entered may be transferred to their proper class provided that notification is given to the Livestock Office no later than December 30, 2024 . No refund will be made on entries canceled by Show Management due to exhibitor exceeding entry limit or same animal entered with two Agents. 10. CATALOG NUMBER. Each entry will be assigned a number in the official catalog of the Show. Cattle exhibitors, upon their arrival, will receive from the Department Superintendent, entry numbers to correspond with the catalog numbers. These cards must be displayed by exhibitors when animals are being judged. 11. SUBSTITUTIONS. Substitutions of animals will be allowed up to entry closing deadline. Change in ownership is not a substitution but is considered a new entry that will be charged the entry/stall fee provided it is submitted prior to the entry closing deadline. Any substitutions made after this time will be subject to a $50 substitution charge (cash, money order or check only) and must be within the same Department number and same owner as the original entry (see Rule 26, Page 23, for Ownership of Animals). No entries in group classes may be substituted. Substitutions will be taken between 8 a.m. to Noon in the Stock Show Main Office. All substitutions must be made by Noon the day before judging. The only exception will be Junior Breeding Beef Heifer substitutions (see Rule 8, Page 163). Animals presented to a sifting or inspection committee must be substituted prior to the dates and times outlined in the Special Rules for that department. For information regarding mailing in substitutions, contact the Stock Show Main Office before December 30, 2024 . 12. CANCELLATIONS/TERMINATIONS/SUSPENSION OR POSTPONEMENT. Stall, pen, entry fees, grounds passes and parking passes will not be refunded to any exhibitor who submits a cancellation after the closing date of entries; cancellations by exhibitors must be submitted in writing prior to the entry closing deadline. Each exhibitor understands and agrees that Exposition may disqualify an exhibitor from the Show or cancel or disqualify an exhibitor’s entry/ies or animals, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason. Each exhibitor further understands and agrees that Exposition may cancel, terminate, postpone or suspend the Show, in whole or in part, in Exposition’s sole discretion at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. In the event of any such disqualification, cancellation, termination, postponement or suspension, Exposition shall have no obligation, responsibility or liability whatsoever to any exhibitor, exhibitor Party, or any other individual or entity. Without limiting the foregoing, each exhibitor expressly understands and agrees that Exposition shall have no liability, obligation or responsibility to any exhibitor, exhibitor Party or other individual or entity for any loss of income, premiums or prizes, travel or lodging expenses, storage expenses, costs or expenses related to animals, entry fees or for any other costs, fees, expenses, losses, injuries, damages or liabilities incurred in connection with preparation for or participation in the Show or incurred in connection with, resulting from or arising from any disqualification or cancellation of exhibitor or its/his/her entry/ies or animals or any termination, cancellation, postponement or suspension of the Show in whole or in part at any time and for any reason. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Exposition may, in its sole discretion, refund a prorated portion of the entry fees paid by an exhibitor if the Show is canceled or terminated due to no fault of the exhibitor.

13. GROUNDS PASSES. Complimentary exhibitor grounds passes will be issued to each exhibitor on the schedule listed below, and they will be mailed with the confirmation statement. Additional exhibitor grounds passes may be purchased for $40 each at the Accounting Office in Cattle 4.

14. PARKING PERMITS. NO FREE PARKING PERMITS WILL BE ISSUED.
