ENTRIES CLOSE NOVEMBER 15 1. This competition is held under the direct supervision of the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show and is approved by the American Paint Horse Association and the Texas Paint Horse Club for points. This will be a Paint-O-Rama Show and will be judged concurrently by four (4) judges. 2. Eligibility . All horses must be registered with the American Paint Horse Association. All horses will be shown and judged in accordance with the rules of the American Paint Horse Association. A PHOTOCOPY OF EACH HORSE’S REGISTRATION PAPERS MUST ACCOMPANY EACH ENTRY. Note: Entries submitted without these papers will not be accepted and will be returned to the exhibitor. This applies to all divisions of the Paint Horse Show. Entry applications must be filled out completely. Horses must be entered and shown under the name of the owner or leasee as recorded with the American Paint Horse Association at the time of entry. Leasees must enclose a current copy of the APHA lease agreement. For change of ownership, see General Rule 9, Page 77. 3. Membership . Exhibitors in the Paint Horse Show must present the following current membership items at the Horse Show Office before receiving their packet and exhibitor number. Please Note: Owner membership must be in the same name as the horse’s ownership record on file at APHA. OPEN CLASSES – APHA & AJPHA membership card. Individual exhibitor membership number must have current year. Owner membership number must have current year. AMATEUR CLASSES – APHA Amateur Card and relationship to owner is required. Novice entries must state novice category eligibility on the amateur card. Individual exhibitor membership number must have current year. Owner membership number must have current year. YOUTH CLASSES – AJPHA membership card and relationship to owner. Novice entries must state novice category eligibility on the youth card. Individual exhibitor membership number must have current year. Owner membership number must have current year. 4. Show Fee. A $60 show fee is required for each horse entered. Late entries must pay a show fee of $80. No entries accepted after December 30. Entries must be submitted on entry applications obtained from the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show or from our website fwssr.com.
