ENTRIES CLOSE NOVEMBER 15 1. This competition is held under the direct supervision of the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show and is approved by the National Reining Horse Association. All horses will be shown and judged in accordance with NRHA Rules. 2. Eligibility. All owners and riders must be members in good standing with the National Reining Horse Association. All horses must have a NRHA competition license. A PHOTOCOPY OF THE COMPETITION LICENSE MUST ACCOMPANY ALL ENTRIES. Note: Entries submitted without the competition license will not be accepted and will be returned to the exhibitor. This applies to all divisions of the NRHA show. Entry applications must be filled out completely. 3. Membership. Exhibitors in the NRHA Reining Horse Contest must present the following current membership items at the Horse Show Office before receiving their packet and exhibitor number. OPEN CLASSES – Owner membership and Exhibitor membership card. You must have a Professional, a Non-Pro or a Youth membership in order to compete in any Open class. NON-PRO/ROOKIE CLASSES – Membership or Youth membership cards must indicate “NP” and Owner membership card. YOUTH CLASSES – Owner membership and Youth membership card. 4. Show Fee. A $60 show fee is required for each horse entered. Late entries must pay a show fee of $80. No entries accepted after December 30. Entries must be submitted on entry applications obtained from the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show or from our website fwssr.com. 5. Stall Fee. Refer to General Rule 4, Page 76. 6. Arrival and Release. NRHA Reining Horses may arrive on show grounds Wednesday, January 29. No animal will be allowed on the show grounds without proper receipt of entry. Horses will be released after completion of judging. Refer to General Rule 26, Page 79.
