MISSION STATEMENT In accordance with the spirit upon which it was founded and its current bylaws, the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show (otherwise known as the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo) is committed to the following objectives: • To promote continuing improvement in the breeding, raising and marketing of livestock and to encourage the pursuit of excellence generally throughout the livestock and agriculture industries. • To organize and administer each year a world-class Stock Show event composed of various public competitions, exhibitions and entertainment such that (1) the event enhances interest and encourages participation in the livestock and agri-business fields by recognizing and rewarding outstanding achievement in them, and (2) the event attracts as many visitors as possible from throughout the state, across the nation and around the world to Fort Worth, the city of this Stock Show’s historic origin in 1896. • To include in Stock Show activities continuing encouragement for young people to pursue careers in livestock and agri-business through programs and incentives especially tailored to their interests. • To advance education by providing learning opportunities as an ongoing part of Stock Show events, and by funding research grants and scholarship endowments at a variety of educational institutions. • To insure that the Stock Show grows and adapts to the ever-changing needs of the livestock and agri-business industries, encompassing not only cattle, horses, swine, sheep, mules, poultry, and traditional agri-business products, but other livestock and emerging agri-business technologies as well. • To utilize efficiently, maintain and periodically improve the physical facilities in which the annual event and its various activities are held to ensure that they remain in the front rank of such facilities worldwide, to ensure that they continue to serve the needs of the people and organizations using them, and to preserve their value as a major income-producing asset for the City of Fort Worth.

We invite you to attend the 129th Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show from January 16 through February 7. You will be joined by more than 1.2 million visitors and exhibitors including international guests from more than 50 countries who will come to Fort Worth to enjoy this annual legendary event and share our western heritage. Our livestock show, where more than 30,000 animals will be on exhibit during our 23 day run, continues to be priority one. Our schedule includes several prestigious national and regional livestock shows and a wide variety of auctions. In addition, you are certain to enjoy our many educational exhibits, food for every taste, fun at the carnival/midway, Ariat Auditorium Entertainment Series and the latest merchandise our vendors have to offer. Come experience exciting rodeo entertainment in the Dickies Arena starting with our Best of the West Invitational Ranch Rodeo, followed by our Best of Mexico Celebración and Cowboys of Color Rodeo. Then on Tuesday and Wednesday evening, January 20 and 21, we will have an amazing Bull Riding event, Thursday, January 22, FWSSR PRORODEO Rookie Rally, and Friday, January 23, begins 18 performances of the FWSSR PRORODEO Tournament, the World’s Original Indoor Rodeo ® . We take pride in being one of the oldest events of its kind in the nation, and our facilities are second to none. 2026 GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR INFORMATION: SOUTHWESTERN EXPOSITION AND LIVESTOCK SHOW PO BOX 150, FORT WORTH, TEXAS 76101-0150 817-877-2400 | fwssr.com Exhibitors are requested to familiarize themselves with the General Rules and Regulations and the Special Rules of these departments since all entries, exhibitors and awards in these departments will be subject to all rules and regulations published in the official Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show Premium List and are not included in this supplement. 1. Entry Submission. All entries must be submitted online at fwssr.com. 2. Entry Deadline Date. Pigeons, Poultry and Rabbits: December 15 at 2 p.m. This rule will be strictly enforced since it is necessary that Show Officials know in advance the number of entries for the Show. E-mails, telephone calls or facsimiles will not be accepted for the purpose of entry, substitution or cancellation. 3. Entry Fees. All entry fees must be paid in full at the time entry is made. No refunds will be made after entry closing date. 4. Liability. Each exhibitor, participant or other individual or entity participating in any aspect of the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show, including without limitation, livestock and animal entrants, commercial exhibitors, calf scramble participants, pivot setters, parade and grand entry participants and rodeo contestants (collectively, “Exposition and Livestock Show Participants”) including any of their heirs, dependents, assigns, agents or representatives in any capacity, hereby waives all rights and claims for damages, and do hereby agree to release, hold harmless and unconditionally indemnify the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show, co-producers and sponsors of any Exposition and Livestock Show events, and any officials or employees, thereof, from and against all liability cost, expenses, claims and damages, EVEN IF CAUSED BY THE ALLEGED NEGLIGENCE OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF THE SOUTHWESTERN EXPOSITION AND LIVESTOCK SHOW , which the Exposition and Livestock Show Participant, or the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show may at any time suffer or sustain or become liable for by reason of any accidents, damages, injuries or incidents either to the person or property, or both, or the

Exposition and Livestock Show Participant, or of any other parties, in any manner arising from such Participant’s participation in any Exposition and Livestock Show event or at any Exposition and Livestock Show premises which is in any way connected with the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show, its officers, directors, members, agents, sponsors or employees, including damages allegedly arising from any interpretation or violation of rules, from the disqualification of any animal or entrant, from the loss of any sales proceed, premium or prize and/or from any alleged failure to provide adequate security. Exposition and Livestock Show Participant also recognizes that it will be solely responsible for any consequential or other loss, injury or damage to, or occasioned by, arising from, any horse or other livestock used by the participant or present at the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show, including the preparation, duration and disbanding of said Show and any parts thereof. Each Exposition and Livestock Show Participant further agrees to execute such releases or other writings or other documents which evidence Participant’s acknowledgement and understanding of the foregoing release and indemnity, provided, however, the provisions hereof shall prevail in the event that a conflict or other inconsistency is discovered regarding the contents of this provision, and any release executed by a Participant. Further, Exposition and Livestock Show Participant grants permission to the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show and their designee to use Exposition and Livestock Show Participant’s image or likeness in connection with any broadcast or other reproduction of this event. WARNING UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 87, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE) A LIVESTOCK SHOW SPONSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN A LIVESTOCK SHOW RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF LIVESTOCK SHOW ACTIVITIES. WARNING UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 87, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE) A FARM ANIMAL PROFESSIONAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN FARM ANIMAL ACTIVITIES, RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF FARM ANIMAL ACTIVITIES. OFFICIAL HEALTH REGULATIONS 5. The Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show is an intrastate (accepting entries of livestock and poultry only from within Texas) show for Junior Division livestock and all poultry and pigeon entries and an interstate (accepting entries of livestock from within Texas and from other states) show for Open Division livestock and horse entries. Exhibitors with livestock originating outside the state of Texas are encouraged to contact their state Animal Health officials to confirm specific requirements (if any) their state may impose on animals returning from a Texas show. Diseased Animals Barred. Efforts will be taken to ensure no animals having a disease of any character will be admitted into the Show Grounds at any time, and the Livestock Show Director, Horse Show Director or President are authorized to refuse unloading privileges or remove any stock on the facility having a disease or undesirable ailment as determined by the official Stock Show Veterinarian or the Texas Animal Health Commission.

THE FOLLOWING IS A SUMMARY OF THE SOUTHWESTERN EXPOSITION AND LIVESTOCK SHOW ANIMAL HEALTH REGULATIONS FOR ANIMALS ENTERING THE SHOW GROUNDS. IN SOME INSTANCES THESE REGULATIONS EXCEED CURRENT TEXAS ANIMAL HEALTH COMMISSION REGULATIONS THAT GOVERN MOVEMENT OF LIVESTOCK INTO SHOWS, FAIRS AND EXHIBITIONS. THESE REGULATIONS ARE CURRENT AT THE TIME OF PUBLISHING THIS PREMIUM LIST . ANY NEW REGULATIONS WILL SUPERSEDE THIS SUMMARY IF THERE IS A DISPUTE BETWEEN THE TWO.

TEXAS ORIGIN A. Negative pullorum-typhoid test within the past thirty (30) days for individual birds or be from a flock that meets either the Texas Pullorum-Typhoid Program or the National Poultry Improvement Plan (NPIP) and are accompanied by a Form VS 9-2 or Form NPIP 3B testing report. B. Poultry must originate from areas where reportable avian diseases are not known to have been active in the last thirty (30) days. C. If poultry are vaccinated, the vaccination must be with vaccines approved by USDA and TAHC. Contact TAHC for a list of approved vaccines. NOTE: No modified live virus chick embryo origin Laryngotracheitis (LT) vaccine and no modified live virus mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) attenuated vaccine may be used on poultry entering the state. 6. Ownership. All specimens for exhibition or competition for prizes must be entered in the name of the actual owner. An affidavit proving ownership must be furnished upon request. If all entries in a class are owned by one (1) exhibitor or his immediate family, only one (1) premium will be paid. 7. Accepting Entries. The Management reserves the right to reject any and all entries which are deemed undesirable or to reject entries if space is not available. Entry fee for rejected entries will be promptly refunded. The right to add or change judges or their assignments at the discretion of the Management is reserved. 8. Interference. Any exhibitor attempting to or actually interfering with, annoying or attempting to influence the judge in any manner, or acting in any manner unbecoming an exhibitor, shall have his or her birds or rabbits rejected and barred from the show room. All entry fees and prize money will be forfeited by said exhibitor. 9. Unauthorized Exhibits. No birds or rabbits which are not entered in the Show will be allowed on premises. 10. Protests. Each protest must be in writing and accompanied by a deposit of $50, which will be forfeited if protest is not sustained. Such protest must state plainly the cause of the complaint or appeal and must be delivered to the Management of the Exposition immediately after the occasion for such protest. Any protest as to the eligibility on account of age or breeding of animals must be filed with the Management prior to the day on which they are to be judged. 11. Removal of Exhibits. No exhibitor may remove any exhibit from the Show, even temporarily, without approval by the Department Superintendent. In case of disease, exhibits may be removed upon written permission of the Livestock Show Director, except as otherwise provided.

12. Not Responsible for Loss. The Show will use every precaution in handling the exhibits but will in no case be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. Competent Superintendents will have charge of all the exhibits. Only Superintendents and Judges shall handle exhibits. Exhibits will be returned to the proper owner at the close of the Show. 13. NO SHIPMENT BY EXPRESS MAIL WILL BE ACCEPTED. 14. Grounds Passes. Complimentary exhibitor grounds passes will be issued to each exhibitor based on the schedule listed below, and they will be mailed with the confirmation statement. Additional exhibitor grounds passes may be purchased for $40 each at the Accounting Office in Cattle 4.

15. Parking Permits. NO FREE PARKING PERMITS WILL BE ISSUED. Parking permits may be purchased for $70 each on the following basis:

• No parking permits are required to transport livestock into or out of show grounds. Exhibitors may wish to use the public parking area for daily parking. • Due to space limitations, vehicles larger than one-ton capacity may be directed by Stock Show staff to an appropriate parking lot. Recreational vehicles cannot be parked on Stock Show complex. • Pickup trucks with campers may park on grounds but cannot be used as living quarters. • PARKING PERMITS MUST BE SECURELY ATTACHED TO WINDSHIELD OF VEHICLE. Anyone abusing or transferring these permits will forfeit same. • Permits will be mailed to exhibitors with receipt of entry and parking permit fees.

POULTRY, PIGEON AND RABBIT PERMIT HOLDERS Due to space limitations, parking permit holders may be directed to alternate Stock Show parking lots.

16. Trailers. Parking space will be provided for all trailers. No trailers will be allowed to be parked on parking areas within the Show Grounds. Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items, trailers or vehicles of any kind. Exhibitors with vehicles pulling trailers will be directed to an appropriate location by Stock Show staff and will remain on Stock Show Grounds at Staff’s discretion. However, no vehicle/trailer combination will be allowed to remain on Stock Show Grounds overnight. Vehicle/trailer combinations left overnight may be towed at owner’s expense. Exhibitors needing information on trailer or vehicle/trailer combination parking should inquire with Stock Show staff for assistance. Exhibitor will be directed to an appropriate location for parking. Trailers cannot be unhooked from vehicles and left on Stock Show grounds (must be moved to appropriate trailer parking location as directed by Stock Show staff). Any trailer unhooked from vehicle within the show grounds will be towed at owner’s expense.

17. Reissued Passes. CAUTION: Please take care of grounds passes and parking permits and bring them to the Show. A charge of $40 for reissuing a grounds pass and $70 for a parking permit will be made if passes are lost. 18. Pass and Permit Refund. No refund will be made for passes or permits mailed and not returned when cancellations are made prior to cancellation date. 19. Dogs. Service animals in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or similar Texas statues are allowed on the Stock Show grounds. Pets and dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under ADA and are not allowed on the Stock Show Grounds including Stock Show parking lots. ADA defines service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Texas statutes define an assistance animal as one that is specifically trained or equipped to help a person with a disability. Service animals can accompany people with disabilities in all areas of the Stock Show grounds where the public is normally allowed to go. A person with a service animal may be asked to remove the service animal from the premises if: 1) the dog is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it; or 2) the dog is not housebroken. Any Stock Show visitor who is asked to remove a dog or pet from the Grounds will be able to participate in and enjoy Stock Show offerings without the animal’s presence. This rule does not apply to official entries in the Texas Sheep Dog Association Trials or Stock Show specialty acts. 20. Cooking. Cooking is not allowed on the show grounds at any time other than by food concessionaires. No cookers, crock-pots, microwaves, coffee pots, warmers or other cooking utensils will be permitted. 21. Premiums. Premiums offered by the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show will be paid as soon as they can be properly processed after the close of the Show.

SPECIAL RULES 1. Read General Rules and Regulations. All entries and awards in this department will be subject to the General Rules and Regulations published in this Premium List and the following Special Rules. 2. Classes. With each standard variety of poultry, including bantams, there will be separate classes for cock, hen, cockerel and pullet. 3. Terms. The terms are defined as follows:

Cock or Hen------------------------------------A bird hatched prior to 2025. Cockerel or Pullet-----------------------------A bird hatched in 2025.

4. Entries. Entries must state the variety, number of specimens, name of exhibitor, band numbers if available, telephone number, exhibitor’s signature and all other necessary information required. Open Show is open to Texas resident exhibitors. Youth Show is open to Texas resident Youth exhibitors, 18 and under as of January 1, 2026. 5. Eligibility for Competition. Exhibits may compete only in classes in which they are entered. 6. Substitutions. Only substitutions of the same breed and variety will be accepted. 7. Judging. The American Standard of Perfection and the A.B.A. Bantam Standard shall be the guide of the judges in awarding premiums on a comparative basis. 8. Coops. The right to double coop females of the same variety owned by one (1) exhibitor is reserved by the Management. Double coops are available for standard males only.

Only A.B.A. members are eligible to compete for awards. New members receive a copy of the quarterly and the latest available copy of the Annual American Bantam Association Yearbook, which lists many advertisers and includes a complete breed and variety index. Winners of A.B.A. awards are listed in the year book under Who’s Who in Bantams. Starred wins are earned in classes of one hundred (100) or more in the following: • Champions and Reserve Champions in the seven (7) Bantam divisions; • Best and Reserve of Breed and Variety; • Best Display when seven (7) or more Bantam displays are shown; • Best and Reserve Display when ten (10) or more Bantam displays are shown; • Best and Reserve Trio when thirty (30) or more trios are shown by four (4) or more exhibitors.

All breeds will be judged according to the latest official standard of the national specialty club of each breed. A copy of the standard will be in the office of the Show Superintendent. 3. Bands. Seamless numbered bands of all reputable banding organizations will be recognized. All birds entered in young bird classes must wear unsplit 2025 seamless bands of the proper size. No split bands will be permitted in the show room. 4. Banding Organizations. Exhibitors must state on the coop card the banding organization (i.e., N.P.A., A.U., I.F., A.P.C., A.K.C., etc.). 5. Combined Classes. The Show Management reserves the right to combine classes to create competition. No classes may be combined without the consent of a committee appointed by the Texas Pigeon Association, Inc., and approved by the Show Management. 6. Decision of Judge. The decision of the judge of a breed will be final.

All entries must be bona fide property of the exhibitor; otherwise, he forfeits the entry fee, all prize money, and all other premiums, as well as the right to have his stock remain in the show room. 3. Entries. OPEN SHOW – Open to the world. YOUTH SHOW – Youth 18 and under as of January 1, 2026. All entries must be submitted online at fwssr.com. A processing fee of $5 will be applied for the online entry process. 4. Arrival. YOUTH: • May arrive Thursday, January 29 between Noon and 8 p.m. • Check in resumes at 8 a.m., Friday, January 30. Must be in place by Noon, Friday, January 30, if living within a 150 mile radius of Fort Worth. All others by 5 p.m. OPEN: • May arrive Wednesday, February 4 between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. • Check in resumes at 8 a.m., Thursday, February 5. Must be in place by 3 p.m., Thursday, February 5, if living within a 150 mile radius of Fort Worth. All others by 7 p.m. 5. Release. YOUTH: • Sunday, February 1 at conclusion of Best In Show, or if living out of 150 mile radius of Fort Worth may release at 10 a.m. Must vacate building by 5 p.m. OPEN: • Saturday, February 7 at conclusion of Best In Show, or if living out of 150 mile radius of Fort Worth may release at 10 a.m. Must vacate building by 4 p.m. 6. Unacceptable Entries. The Show Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the show room and to remove from same all diseased or unsightly specimens. Entry fees on such specimens will be forfeited. Late entries will not be accepted. 7. Prize. All prizes will be paid to the exhibitor entering the animal. 8. Ear Marks. All stock must have permanent and legible ear marks in left ear. 9. Coops. All entries will be expected to be in their assigned coops at all times during the Show except when on the judging table. 10. Breeding. No breeding will be allowed in the show room. 11. Sale Charge. No charge will be made for the sale of stock in the show room. 12. Comment Cards and Ribbons. Pick up comment cards and ribbons from Secretary before leaving. They will not be mailed. 13. Substitutions. Substitutions will be allowed only in the same breed, class, sex and color. There will be a $3.00 per rabbit substitution fee. CASH ONLY . 14. Meat Pens and Litters. No meat pens or does and litters will be allowed in the Show.

15. Releases. YOUTH: Animals will be released Sunday, February 1, except in cases of emergency or sick animals. OPEN: Animals will be released Saturday, February 7, except in cases of emergency or sick animals.

16. Directed Specials. To qualify for Directed Specials, there must be at least ten (10) rabbits entered in the breed. 17. Fur or Wool Classes. A separate entry fee must be paid for the fur or wool classes. 18. NO RABBITS WILL BE ALLOWED ON SHOW GROUNDS OTHER THAN THOSE ENTERED IN THE SHOW. 19. All exhibitors are responsible for presenting their animals at the judging table. 20. Judging. Rabbits will be judged by coop number. 21. EACH FAMILY WILL BE ALLOWED TWO (2) CHAIRS (NO LOUNGE) AND ONE (1) GROOMING TABLE (30”X30”), SPACE PERMITTING. NO ICE CHESTS. THIS WILL BE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ALL CARTS MUST BE REMOVED FROM BARN AFTER UNLOADING. 22. All exhibitors are responsible for feeding and watering their animals. 23. Point System. All displays will be determined by the ARBA point system as follows: 1st: 6 points x number of rabbits in class 2nd: 4 points x number of rabbits in class 3rd: 3 points x number of rabbits in class 4th: 2 points x number of rabbits in class 5th: 1 point x number of rabbits in class
