UNLOADING INSTRUCTIONS All cattle (except pens), sheep, goats and swine will arrive at Gate 42 (at Trail Drive) for unloading directions. Pen cattle will be unloaded at the loading docks at the northeast corner of the Richardson-Bass Building, by entering Show grounds at Gate 35 at Trail Drive and W. R. Watt Drive. Refer to Trailer Parking map.

43. RELEASE. Animals will be released as set forth below.

Sale Animals – Animals sold in breed association auctions will be released immediately after the Sale by the Superintendent of the department in which the animals are sold.

44. CLASS VERIFICATION. See Special Rules in each department. No animals shall be changed from one class to another after entry closing date unless it is ineligible for the class in which it is entered. To be eligible for a group class, the animal must be entered and shown in a single class. 45. SIFTING COMMITTEE. The Management will appoint sifting committees to inspect fitness and breed classification purity of animals for show competition. Animals, in the judgment of the sifting committee, lacking competitive exhibition merit or breed classification purity, will become ineligible for competition and may be ordered by the sifting committee from exhibition buildings to a division provided for such animals or from exhibition grounds. EXHIBITORS ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING PAINT, TAPE, ADHESIVES OR ANY OTHER MATERIALS THAT DEFACE TIE-WALLS OR ANY PROPERTY ON THE EXPOSITION GROUNDS. Exhibitors violating this policy will be invoiced for all costs associated with repairs and will be subject to disqualification from the Show.
