This Contest will be governed by the General Rules and Regulations of the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show, Page 17, General Rules and Regulations for Competitions and Contests, Page 212 and, in addition, the following Special Rules.

ENTRIES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNLESS REQUIRED FEES ACCOMPANY ENTRY ENTRIES CLOSE DEC. 1 AT 2 P.M.
