SPECIAL RULES 1. Animals must be registered by the United Braford Breeders to be eligible to show. Owners must be UBB members in good standing. Cattle must be classified as (3/8 Brahman, 5/8 Hereford) Braford to be eligible to show. No percentage or Braford Base cattle are eligible. 2. REMINDER-Entry Verification. Exhibitors will be responsible for obtaining and verifying their show number/entry to Superintendents at the Corral Room (in the Amon G. Carter Jr. Exhibits Hall Building) from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., Friday, January 17 and 8 a.m. until 3 p.m., Saturday, January 18. 3. An animal found to have evidence of incisions, surgical or otherwise, in the following areas: testicles, sheath, navel or dewlap will be disqualified from showing. 4. Animals unethically fitted to alter the conformation or appearance of the animal will be disqualified. Cattle displaying tail ties and hairnets used on the tail will be allowed. 5. All Braford entries are subject to the provision of a rule of the United Braford Breeders entitled “Inspection of Exhibits.” 6. This show is one of six (6) annual Braford open shows that constitute the show animals of the year for 2024-2025. 7. Calves shown at the side of Braford cows must be registered purebred Braford.
