All decorations used in or about the livestock facilities, such as cloth bunting or banners, crepe paper and cellulose materials, MUST BE FLAMEPROOF, subject to approval of the City of Fort Worth Fire Department.
39. GROOMING CHUTE SPACE. Grooming chute space will be available on a limited basis for a fee of $40 per space. The space must be reserved and paid for at the time of entry. Stickers will be issued and must be placed on the upper, right hand corner at the back of the chute. Any exhibitor violating this rule will forfeit any prizes or premium money won. Any apparatus used for a grooming chute must be used in the stall and completely off concrete aisles.

NOTICE Fort Worth Fire Prevention Code Prohibits: LIQUID OR GAS-FIRED HEATERS IN LIVESTOCK BARNS In all enclosed structural areas, no liquefied petroleum-fueled or flammable or combustible liquid-fueled heating or other devices will be allowed.
Electricity will be available. All 110-volt electrical outlets will be of the three-wire type.
NOTICE LIVESTOCK EXHIBITORS: One duplex electrical outlet is provided per two cattle ties. Outlets should not be loaded over 2,000 watts. All extension cords must be UL listed, factory molded (not repaired or altered) and have a maximum length of 25 feet and a minimum gauge size of 12. Exceeding the 2,000 watts will result in an overload.
40. TIE OUTS. Tie Outs must be reserved and paid for at the time of entry. Tie Outs will be numbered and assigned (see note on Rule 4, Page 18). TIE OUT TIME IS 7:30 P.M .
All cattle must be in their assigned stalls between the hours of 8 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
41. SIGNS. In Show barns, livestock exhibitors are permitted to display a sign over each exhibit advertising their own herds. Exhibitors in pen area, having livestock for sale, may display one (1) sign to each exhibit, showing the name of firm or individual to whom shipment was consigned. Signs are to be a maximum of 22 x 36 inches. All other forms of signs or advertising must be approved by the Management, which reserves the right to have objectionable signs removed. Commercial signs, such as feeds, minerals, stock medicines, etc., will not be permitted anywhere on livestock exhibits.
NO CABLE HALTERS.
NO LARGE ROUND OR SQUARE BALES OF STRAW OR HAY WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS.
CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR ANY ENTRY RELATED FEE.
COOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE SHOW GROUNDS EXCEPT BY FOOD CONCESSIONAIRES. No cookers, crock-pots, microwaves, coffee pots, warmers or other cooking appliances/utensils will be permitted.
