2024 GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR INFORMATION: SOUTHWESTERN EXPOSITION AND LIVESTOCK SHOW PO BOX 150, FORT WORTH, TEXAS 76101-0150 817-877-2400 | fwssr.com Exhibitors are requested to familiarize themselves with the General Rules and Regulations and the Special Rules of these departments since all entries, exhibitors and awards in these departments will be subject to all rules and regulations published in the official Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show Premium List and are not included in this supplement. 1. Application for Entry. All entries must be submitted on entry applications obtained from the office of the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show or from our website fwssr.com and in accordance with instructions on same. 2. Entry Deadline Date. Pigeons, Poultry and Rabbits: December 15. Entries received after the deadline, if postmarked by midnight December 15 will be accepted. This rule will be strictly enforced since it is necessary that Show Officials know in advance the number of entries for the Show. E-mails, telephone calls or facsimiles will not be accepted for the purpose of entry, substitution or cancellation. 3. Entry Fees. All entry fees must be paid in full at the time entry is made. Entries unaccompanied by fees will not be processed. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo (FWSSR). No refunds will be made after entry closing date. The following entry fees will be charged: Pigeons: Single Birds, each------------------------------------------------------------------------------ $5.00 Poultry:

Single Birds, each (per show)---------------------------------------------------------------- $5.00 Double Coop (Standards only) (in addition to entry fee)------------------------------ $5.00 Rabbits: Rabbits, each (per show)---------------------------------------------------------------------- $5.00 Rabbits, fur class (per show) (must be entered in regular class also)-------------- $1.00

Mail all entries to the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show PO Box 150, Fort Worth, Texas 76101-0150. Overpayments in the amount of $20 or less will not be refunded.

ENTRIES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNLESS REQUIRED FEES ACCOMPANY ENTRIES.

4. Returned Checks. If a check accompanying entries should be returned by the bank for any reason, a $30 return check fee will be charged.
