Exhibitor understands and agrees that the Facilities and the Show may pose potential risks, including, without limitation, risks to exhibitor’s and exhibitor Parties’ health, safety, and well-being that do not exist in the ordinary property or activities, including, without limitation, exposure to erratic and unpredictable animal behavior and exposure to crowds and other individuals. Exhibitor further acknowledges that the Show and Facilities are generally dangerous activities and places by their inherent nature and that participation in the Show and being present at the Facilities exposes exhibitor and exhibitor Parties to substantial and serious hazards and risks of property damage or loss, personal injury, permanent disability and/or death. Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that exhibitor and the exhibitor Parties will be exposed to crowds, individuals and animals in connection with the Show and while at, on or around the Facilities. As a result, exhibitor acknowledges that exposure to animals, crowds and individuals may result in exhibitor’s and/or exhibitor Parties’ exposure to or contraction of contagious diseases and viruses, including, without limitation, the novel coronavirus (also known as COVID-19) or any viruses, illnesses or diseases spread by humans or animals. COVID-19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization, is extremely contagious, and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing. Exhibitor hereby agrees that exhibitor and exhibitor Parties: (i) will not travel internationally or to or from an area in the United States that has been highly-impacted by COVID-19 within 14 days of the date of entering the Facilities or during the Show; (ii) will not participate in the Show or otherwise enter the Facilities if they have experienced symptoms recognized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as symptoms of COVID-19 or any other contagious disease or virus within 14 days of entering the Facilities or during the Show; (iii) will not enter the Facilities if diagnosed with, or exposed to a person with a confirmed or suspected case of, COVID 19 or any other contagious virus or disease unless they have subsequently tested negative for the virus or disease and are cleared by a medical doctor for participating in the Show or otherwise being exposed to other people. Exhibitor understands that the risk of exposure to or infection with COVID-19 or any other contagious disease or virus exists even if Exposition, the owners and operators of the Facilities, and exhibitor and exhibitor Parties take precautions. Exhibitor will not bring sick animals or animals that have been exposed to sick animals or humans to the Facilities. If, at any time, Exposition or exhibitor becomes aware that exhibitor, its animals or an exhibitor Party is a threat to public health or safety, exhibitor shall require that individual or animal to immediately vacate the Facilities. EXHIBITOR ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THERE MAY BE RISKS NOT KNOWN TO EXHIBITOR OR REASONABLY FORESEEABLE AT THIS TIME. EXHIBITOR UNDERSTANDS AND HAS CONSIDERED THE RISKS INVOLVED WITH THE SHOW AND THE FACILITIES AND THE FACT THAT EXHIBITOR MAY NOT BE AWARE OF ALL OF THE RISKS INVOLVED, AND EXHIBITOR VOLUNTARILY AND FREELY CHOOSES TO ASSUME ALL RISKS INVOLVED WITH THE SHOW AND THE FACILITIES (WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN) ON BEHALF OF EXHIBITOR AND ALL OTHER RELEASORS (DEFINED BELOW). Exhibitor, on behalf of exhibitor and his/her/its heirs, dependents, assigns, next of kin, agents, successors, assigns, related entities, partners, employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives in any capacity, and exhibitor Parties (together with exhibitor, “Releasors”), hereby assumes any and all risks associated with, arising from, or involved with exhibitor’s presence and activities on or around the Facilities, exhibitor’s exposure to crowds, other individuals and animals, and exhibitor’s participation in the Show, including, without limitation, any risk of personal or bodily injury or sickness or illness, permanent disability or death to exhibitor or exhibitor’s animals or any risk of loss or damage to exhibitor’s property or income. Exhibitor also acknowledges and understands the following notices: WARNING: UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 87, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE), A FARM ANIMAL PROFESSIONAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN FARM ANIMAL ACTIVITIES RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF FARM ANIMAL ACTIVITIES. WARNING: UNDER TEXAS LAW (CHAPTER 87, CIVIL PRACTICE AND REMEDIES CODE), A LIVESTOCK SHOW SPONSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO, OR THE DEATH OF, A PARTICIPANT IN A LIVESTOCK SHOW RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF LIVESTOCK SHOW ACTIVITIES. Each exhibitor, on behalf of exhibitor and the other Releasors, hereby WAIVES all rights and claims for damages, losses, costs, injuries, expenses and/or liabilities and does hereby agree to RELEASE, DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS and unconditionally INDEMNIFY the Exposition, Event Facilities Fort Worth, Inc., Multipurpose Arena Fort Worth, the City of Fort Worth (Texas), Rural Media Group and its affiliated networks and radio stations, and any other person or entity that participates, operates, owns, organizes, sanctions, produces, broadcasts, officiates, sponsors, or is otherwise involved in or with the Show or the Facilities, and their respective related entities, advertising agencies, licensee and any other person or entity acting with or under one of the foregoing parties’ authority or permission, and the successors and assigns of any of the foregoing (all of the foregoing with Exposition, the “Released Parties”) from and against all liabilities, costs (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, costs of investigation and court costs), injuries, losses, expenses, claims, lawsuits, demands, actions, proceedings and damages (all of the foregoing, “Claims”) that exhibitor, an exhibitor Party or any Released
