• Due to space limitations, vehicles larger than one-ton capacity may be directed by Stock Show Staff to an appropriate parking lot. Recreational vehicles cannot be parked on Stock Show Grounds. • Justin Garage parking permits are good only for parking in the Justin Garage with overflow parking in the Yellow Lot or Farrington Field. • Pickup trucks with campers may park on Grounds but cannot be used as living quarters. • PARKING PERMITS MUST BE SECURELY ATTACHED TO THE WINDSHIELD OF VEHICLE. Anyone abusing or transferring these permits will forfeit same. Permits do not guarantee a parking spot. YELLOW LOT PERMIT HOLDERS - LIVESTOCK NOTICE: Farrington Field will serve as overflow parking area for holders of Yellow Lot Parking Permits. Exhibitors with vehicles pulling trailers will be directed to an appropriate location by Stock Show Staff and will remain on Stock Show Grounds at Staff’s discretion. However, no trailer, vehicle or vehicle/trailer combination will be allowed on Stock Show Grounds overnight. Any trailer, vehicle or vehicle/trailer combinations left overnight may be towed at owner’s expense. No Overnight Camping on the Stock Show Grounds. • Exhibitors needing information on trailer or vehicle/trailer combination parking should inquire with Stock Show Staff for assistance. Exhibitor will be directed to an appropriate location for parking. • Trailers cannot be unhooked from vehicles and left on Stock Show Grounds (must be moved to appropriate trailer parking location as directed by Stock Show Staff). 15. TRAILERS. Parking space will be provided for all trailers. (Refer to Page 266 for Trailer Parking Map.)

• Any trailer unhooked from vehicle within the Show Grounds will be towed at owner’s expense.

NOTICE Exhibitors are prohibited from bringing any all-terrain vehicle, golf cart, scooter or any similar device deemed by Stock Show Officials to be unacceptable on the Stock Show Grounds. Any such device found on the Grounds will be immediately impounded and removed at owner’s expense.

16. REISSUED PASSES. CAUTION: Please take care of grounds passes and parking permits and bring them with you to the Show. A charge of $35 for reissuing a grounds pass and $60 for a parking permit will be made if passes are lost.

17. PASS AND PERMIT REFUNDS. No refund will be made for passes or permits mailed and not returned when cancellations are made prior to cancellation date. EXHIBITION RULES 18. INTERPRETATION AND VIOLATION OF RULES. Exposition reserves the final and absolute right to interpret these rules, conditions and regulations and to arbitrarily settle and determine all matters, questions and differences in regard thereto, or otherwise arising out of, or connected with, or incident to, Exposition or the Show; and the right to amend or add to these rules and regulations at any time and for any reason as its judgment may determine. All decisions of Exposition shall be final and binding. An exhibitor who violates any of Exposition’s rules or regulations will forfeit all sale proceeds, premiums and prizes and will be subject to such penalty as Exposition may order. If an exhibitor Party violates any of Exposition’s rules or regulations, exhibitor may forfeit all sale proceeds, premiums and prizes in Exposition’s sole discretion, and exhibitor will be subject to such penalty as Exposition may order.

19. SPECIAL RULES. Special Rules or conditions are published in each department where necessary. If there is a conflict between the Special Rules of any department and the General Rules and Regulations, the Special Rules will govern.

20. HEALTH, SAFETY, LIABILITY AND PUBLICITY RELEASE. Exhibitor agrees, and exhibitor agrees to cause all exhibitor Parties, to comply with all health and safety guidelines and recommendations set forth by Exposition, the owners or operators of the premises, arenas, pens, coops, stalls, grounds, facilities and amenities associated with the Show ( “Facilities” ), and/or government or health officials. These guidelines may include (but are not limited to) wearing face masks or coverings, additional cleaning measures, physical distancing, and hand washing and sanitization. Exhibitor will be responsible for providing all personal protective equipment for exhibitor and the exhibitor Parties in compliance with the foregoing health and safety guidelines and recommendations.
