SPECIAL RULES 1. A separate entry application for the Creative Costume Contest must be filled out by the exhibitor designating the class they wish to enter. ENTRIES MUST BE MADE BY ENTRY CLOSING DEADLINE. 2. Animals entered in Creative Costume Contest must also be entered in a Dairy Goat or Boer Goat class and must be shown by the owner. No Boer Goat Bucks may be entered in this competition. 3. All creative costumes must be an original design, and contestants are requested to name their designs. Winner will be determined by: a. The creativity of the design and theme b. The quality of the grooming c. The quality of final presentation 4. Contestants are encouraged to utilize props, costumes, decorations and cosmetic finishing touches to enhance their design; however, they should not obstruct the judge’s examination of the goat. No product, decoration or prop is permitted that would jeopardize the animal’s health or well-being.
