The Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show will be awarding a $4,000 scholarship to the High Point Youth exhibitor, ages 14 to 18, as of January 1, 2024, and a $2,000 scholarship to the Reserve High Point Youth exhibitor, ages 14 to 18. These will be determined by Texas POAC per Texas POAC rules. PROGRAMS
