7. Substitutions – Added Classes. Refer to Horse Show General Rules and Regulations 9 and 10, Page 25. 8. For class schedules, see daily program on Page 18. 9. Arrival and Release. Palomino Horses may arrive on show grounds Wednesday, January 31. No animal will be allowed on the show grounds without proper receipt of entry. Horses will be released after completion of judging. Refer to Horse Show General Rules and Regulations 26, Page 27.
