YOUTH CLASSES -------------AJPHA membership card and relationship to owner. Novice entries must state novice category eligibility on the youth card. Individual exhibitor membership number must have current year. Owner membership number must have current year. 4. Show Fee. A $65 show fee is required for each horse entered. Late entries must pay a show fee of $100. No entries accepted after December 30. Entries must be submitted on entry applications obtained from the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show, from our website fwssr.com or submitted online by clicking here or at fwssr.com. 5. Stall Fee. Refer to Horse Show General Rules and Regulations 4, Page 23. 6. Substitutions – Added Classes. Refer to Horse Show General Rules and Regulations 9 and 10, Page 25. 7. Class Schedules – Refer to the daily program beginning on Page 12. 8. Classes with less than three (3) entries may be combined. 9. Arrival and Release. Paint horses may arrive on show grounds as indicated below. Arrival prior to these dates requires approval from the Horse Show Department. Every effort will be made to accommodate early arrival requests but there is no guarantee. Paint Team Roping and Tie-Down Roping---Sunday, January 21 Paint Ranch Classes------------------------------Wednesday, January 24 Paint Halter and other Performance----------Thursday, January 25 Paint Barrel Racing and Pole Bending-------Sunday, January 28 No animal will be allowed on the show grounds without proper receipt of entry. Horses will be released after completion of judging. Refer to Horse Show General Rules and Regulations 26, Page 27. 10. Parking Permits. Refer to Horse Show General Rules and Regulations 28, Page, 28. THERE WILL BE NO RV HOOKUPS FOR HORSE SHOW EXHIBITORS. 11. Grounds Passes. Refer to Horse Show General Rules and Regulations 27, Page 27.

EXERCISE ARENAS Exercise arenas are available in the Will Rogers Equestrian Center. The John Justin Arena and Will Rogers Coliseum will also be open for exercising horses when available. Please see Horse Show Stall Office for availability.
