2024 HORSE SHOW general rules and regulations

28. PARKING PERMITS. NO FREE PARKING PERMITS WILL BE ISSUED. Each Responsible Party/Agent may purchase Justin Garage parking permits for $60. A maximum of 3 permits can be purchased.

Justin Garage Series I Parking Permits. (Good only January 11 – January 22) AQHA Ranching Heritage Challenge, AQHA Versatility Ranch Horses, AQHA Ranch Riding, AQHA Ranch Trail, AQHA Working Cow Horse, NRCHA Working Cow Horse, AQHA Reining, NRHA Reining, NCHA Cutting, Miniature Horses, Donkeys and Mules Justin Garage Series II Parking Permits. (Good only January 21 – January 29) AQHA Team Roping, APHA Team Roping, AQHA Tie-down Roping, APHA Tie-down Roping, Women’s Invitational Breakaway Roping, Pony of the Americas, APHA Halter & Performance, Ranch Work Championship Justin Garage Series III Parking Permits. (Good only January 28 – February 3) AQHA Barrel Racing, APHA Barrel Racing, AQHA Pole Bending, APHA Pole Bending, AQHA Halter and other Performance classes not listed above, Palomino Halter and Performance, Bridles & Brains Invitational Collegiate Ranch Horse Competition Due to the large number of livestock entries, parking space is extremely critical. Please be advised that the Yellow Lot and Farrington Field Lot will serve as an overflow parking area for holders of Justin Garage parking permits.

No parking permits are required to transport livestock into or out of Show Grounds. Exhibitors may wish to use the paid public parking area for daily parking. (Click for parking map.)

Due to space limitations, vehicles larger than one-ton capacity may be directed by Stock Show Staff to an appropriate parking lot. Recreational vehicles cannot be parked on Stock Show Grounds.

Justin Garage parking permits are good only for parking in the Justin Garage.

Pickup trucks with campers may park on grounds but cannot be used as living quarters.

PARKING PERMITS MUST BE SECURELY ATTACHED TO THE WINDSHIELD OF VEHICLE. Anyone abusing or transferring these permits will forfeit same.

29. TRAILERS. Parking space will be provided for all trailers. (Click for trailer parking map.)

Exhibitors with vehicles pulling trailers will be directed to an appropriate parking location by Stock Show Staff and will remain on Stock Show Grounds at staff’s discretion. However, no trailer, vehicle or vehicle/trailer combination will be allowed to remain on Stock Show Grounds overnight. Any trailer, vehicle or vehicle/trailer combinations left overnight will be towed at owner’s expense. No overnight camping on the Stock Show Grounds. NO RV HOOKUPS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR HORSE SHOW EXHIBITORS.

Trailers cannot be unhooked from vehicles and left on Stock Show Grounds (must be moved to appropriate trailer parking location as directed by Stock Show Staff).

30. REISSUED PASSES. CAUTION: Please take care of grounds passes and parking permits and bring them with you to the Show. A charge of $35 for reissuing a grounds pass and $60 for a parking permit will be made if passes are lost.

31. PASS AND PERMIT REFUNDS. No refund will be made for passes or permits mailed and not returned when cancellations are made prior to cancellation date. NOTICE EXHIBITORS ARE PROHIBITED FROM BRINGING ANY ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE, GOLF CART, SCOOTER OR ANY SIMILAR DEVICE DEEMED BY STOCK SHOW OFFICIALS TO BE UNACCEPTABLE ON THE STOCK SHOW GROUNDS. ANY SUCH DEVICE FOUND ON THE GROUNDS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY IMPOUNDED AND REMOVED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE.
