FULL SHOW STALL FEE $450 (JANUARY 10 – FEBRUARY 3). This stalling option is LIMITED to the first 40 applicants on a first come, first serve basis. As a courtesy, four (4) bags of shavings will be provided which may be added to or removed by the exhibitor. Stall(s) will be located with convenient access to both the John Justin Arena and Will Rogers Coliseum. Stall(s) must be purchased at the time of entry and payment must accompany entry. STALLS ARE NOT REQUIRED AND MAY BE PURCHASED ON AN OPTIONAL BASIS. Additional shavings may be purchased at the Stock Show. STRAW WILL NOT BE PERMITEED IN STALLS. Full Show Tack stalls may be purchased prior to the entry deadline for $450 each. Equipment left in stalls during the Show is at your own risk. Exhibitors with specific stall assignment requests must include requests with entries. Every effort will be made to accommodate stalling requests, but there is no guarantee. Stall size is 10’ x 10’ x 7’. 5. SHOW FEE. A $65 show fee is required for each horse entered. Late entries must pay a show fee of $100. No entries accepted after December 30. Entries must be submitted on entry applications obtained from the office of the Southwestern Exposition and Livestock Show, from our website fwssr.com or submitted online by clicking here or at fwssr.com.

6. RETURNED CHECKS. A $30 return check fee will be charged for checks returned by the bank for any reason. Payment and returned check fee must be submitted as cash, money order or cashier’s check.

7. OVERPAYMENTS. Overpayments in the amount of $20 or less will not be refunded.

8. CANCELLATIONS, TERMINATIONS, SUSPENSION OR POSTPONEMENT. Stall, show fees, pen, grounds passes, parking passes and processing fees will not be refunded to any exhibitor who submits a cancellation after the closing date of entries; cancellations by exhibitors must be submitted in writing prior to the entry closing deadline. Entry fees will be refunded, provided cancellation is received in writing by 9 a.m. two (2) days, (including weekends and holidays) before scheduled class time. Cancellations are accepted by mail, in person in the Stock Show Main Office located in the Amon G. Carter Jr. Exhibits Hall Building or submitted online by clicking here or at fwssr.com. Each exhibitor understands and agrees that Exposition may disqualify an exhibitor from the Show or cancel or disqualify an exhibitor’s entry/ies or animal(s), in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason. Each exhibitor further understands and agrees that Exposition may cancel, terminate, postpone, or suspend the Show, in whole or in part, in Exposition’s sole discretion at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. In the event of any such disqualification, cancellation, termination, postponement, or suspension, Exposition shall have no obligation, responsibility, or liability whatsoever to any exhibitor, exhibitor Party, or any other individual or entity. Without limiting the foregoing, each exhibitor expressly understands and agrees that Exposition shall have no liability, obligation, or responsibility to any exhibitor, exhibitor Party, or other individual or entity for any loss of income, premiums, or prizes, travel or lodging expenses, storage expenses, costs or expenses related to animals, entry fees, or for any other costs, fees, expenses, losses, injuries, damages or liabilities incurred in connection with preparation for or participation in the Show or incurred in connection with, resulting from, or arising from any disqualification or cancellation of exhibitor or its/his/her entry/ies or animal(s) or any termination, cancellation, postponement or suspension of the Show in whole or in part at any time and for any reason. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Exposition may, in its sole discretion, refund a prorated portion of the entry fees paid by an exhibitor if the Show is cancelled or terminated due to no fault of the exhibitor.
